Beth lives in Stacy, Minnesota, with her husband, John. She has a college-aged daughter, Mikayla, and two cats, Leela and Namaste. A native of the state, Beth enjoys being outside during all seasons. With a strong interest in health and wellness, Beth spends her free time taking nature walks, hiking, weightlifting, practicing yoga, kayaking, and exploring the link between mindfulness and wellness. She has also recently taken up quilting. While her radio may be tuned to Bloomberg Business during the week, in her free time, she enjoys listening to and singing all types of music.
Growing up in a household where the allocation of finances was the subject of frequent arguments, Beth was motivated to understand the link between money and emotions. Beth has a degree in finance from Metropolitan State University and more than 28 years of experience in banking and finance. She holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM, Chartered Mutual Fund CounselorSM, and Certified in Long-Term Care designations and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner.
With an understanding that oversaving can be just as much of a mistake as overspending, Beth works with her clients to find balance in their relationship with the money flowing into and out of their lives. This strong desire to help and educate also motivates Beth to volunteer, sharing her time and expertise with organizations such as Best Prep, Goodwill Easter Seals, and The Power of 100.
Cheryl J. Grochowski, CFP®, CRPC®

Cheryl lives in Star Prairie, Wisconsin with her husband, Derek, whom she met in 1998 while traveling in Poland. Cheryl grew up in Ely, Minnesota, and she and Derek return to the area several times a year to visit friends, family, and clients. She and her husband enjoy fishing in the summer and winter months, deer hunting in the fall, and just being outdoors or at the lake.
Cheryl has had a lifelong love of horses and recently imported her first Friesian mare, Cilla, from the Netherlands. She enjoys taking riding lessons to improve her dressage skills and just spending time with Cilla in the barn. She’s also currently working on Cilla’s Star rating for confirmation. Cilla will be 5 years old in March 2021. In the future, Cheryl plans to start a breeding program to improve and propagate the Friesian breed through careful selection of additional mares.
Cheryl received her BA from Saint Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is still very involved with the school, attending networking and student outreach events and has served on the alumnae counsel. She holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM designation and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM practitioner.
Cheryl cherishes what her small-town roots have taught her about honesty, integrity, and humility. She enjoys sharing her knowledge with clients and believes that financial planning is about starting with clients where they are. We all have experiences and have made choices that make us who we are, financially and otherwise. Cheryl understands this and uses her expertise to bring each client to their next financial level based on their goals and experiences.

Ganga has more than 25 years of management experience. He transitioned to the financial services industry because he has always been passionate about helping families become knowledgeable about the importance of early financial planning. He is committed to encouraging and empowering millennials to invest and save for their futures.
Ganga holds the FINRA Series 6 and 63 securities registrations and is licensed in Minnesota to execute securities transactions.
Ganga is married and has a daughter in high school; she loves theater and plays the clarinet and tennis. Ganga is an enthusiastic supporter of her many school activities. He enjoys family time, volunteering, traveling, and a variety of sports, including soccer and cricket. Ganga also has lived in Europe, primarily London and Italy, and he speaks Italian.
